    • 簡介:國內圖書分類號X703國際圖書分類號62835工學碩士學位論文大豆蛋白廢水處理的組合工藝技術研究大豆蛋白廢水處理的組合工藝技術研究碩士研究生郭麗莉導師李建政教授申請學位工學碩士學科、專業(yè)環(huán)境科學與工程所在單位市政環(huán)境工程學院答辯日期2006年6月授予學位單位哈爾濱工業(yè)大學哈爾濱工業(yè)大學工學碩士學位論文摘要本文選用鐵碳內電解混凝技術作為豆制品廢水的預處理工藝,并將其與單獨采用混凝工藝的處理效果進行了對比分析;后續(xù)采用厭氧折流板反應器ABR工藝做厭氧生物處理。預處理工藝段的研究內容包括鐵碳內電解工藝處理豆制品廢水的主要影響因素及技術參數(shù);連續(xù)流鐵碳柱的運行控制與處理效果及其與生石灰和聚丙烯酰胺聯(lián)合作用的處理效能;混凝劑聚合氯化鋁PAC、聚合硫酸鐵PFS最佳條件下的混凝處理效果與鐵碳內電解混凝工藝對比分析。關于ABR工藝處理大豆蛋白廢水效能的研究,主要探討啟動階段和穩(wěn)定運行期的運行特性。研究結果表明,鐵碳內電解混凝與ABR聯(lián)合處理工藝對COD為16000MGL的豆制品廢水處理效果良好,COD去除率穩(wěn)定在94。鐵碳內電解混凝預處理部分對COD的去除率達到5001,且沉淀速率等方面均優(yōu)于單獨混凝處理,鐵碳內電解混凝處理的最優(yōu)參數(shù)為進水PH45,反應時間60MIN,鐵碳比11,鐵水比16,生石灰調節(jié)出水至PH75,PAM投加量45MGL。ABR以啤酒廠廢水處理系統(tǒng)二沉池排放的剩余污泥為種泥,在接種量為每個格室3087GMLSSL1803GMLVSSL、HRT48H、351℃、進水COD濃度1500~3000MGL(容積負荷0075~015KGCODM3D)條件下啟動,然后按COD濃度6000MGL、9000MGL分步提升負荷,運行67D后,啟動成功,達到穩(wěn)定運行。ABR穩(wěn)定運行階段,表現(xiàn)出各格室對COD去除的作用從大到小依次遞減的規(guī)律,而PH、堿度、VFA變化規(guī)律一致,氨氮濃度處于對穩(wěn)定運行有利的濃度范圍內,在體系內起到緩沖酸積累作用。進水在9000~10500MGL范圍波動時,系統(tǒng)仍能高效、穩(wěn)定運行,COD去除率保持90以上,出水COD維持在800MGL以下,表現(xiàn)出良好的抗負荷沖擊能力。關鍵詞大豆蛋白廢水;鐵碳內電解;厭氧折流板反應器;混凝;去除率I

    • 簡介:浙江大學碩士學位論文電解SBR聯(lián)合處理高鹽高濃度制藥廢水工藝技術研究姓名溫軍杰申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)環(huán)境工程指導教師胡勤海20040501浙江大學碩士畢業(yè)論文變化趨勢,而ORP的變化趨勢基本不受影響。提出當環(huán)境溫度變化時,采用ORP作為控制參數(shù)更能反映有機物的降解情況。試驗中還發(fā)現(xiàn),ORP凹點出現(xiàn)的時間與進水COD濃度有關,ORP的上升速率與COD降解程度有關。通過以上實驗研究可以實現(xiàn)SBR法處理制藥廢水的在線控制,合理安排曝氣量和曝氣時間,最終達到節(jié)約能源的目的。在通過電解預處理后,廢水經中和和稀釋后加入到SBR反應器中生化,平均出水CODC,230MG/L,SBR出水再經絮凝沉淀CODC,降到100MG/L以下,色度由最初的200降低到10以下。關鍵詞制藥廢水,電解,電解陽極間接氧化,SBR,溫度,過程控制絮凝II

    • 簡介:本課題針對DEF技術目前的應用現(xiàn)狀及工藝研究的成果,采用以物化法為基礎的基于表面預膜過濾機理的硅藻土過濾技術DEF生產性裝置處理學校內公共浴室的洗浴廢水,詳細探討和研究硅藻土過濾DEF技術的特點以及該技術應用于洗浴廢水的可行性。并通過初步試驗驗證該工藝處理洗浴廢水后使水質達到甚至大大優(yōu)于雜用水水質標準。該處理工藝不但可大大節(jié)省基建造價和占地,并為今后發(fā)展一體化小型設備作好理論研究和經驗總結。本課題實驗首先通過燒杯試驗,分析硅藻土的納污能力和重復使用的可能。其次,采用硅藻土過濾器作為實驗設備,對洗浴廢水進行微濾,研究不同硅藻土助濾劑投加量下的進水流量、壓力隨運行時間變化的關系、不同硅藻土DE投加量下洗浴廢水的濁度、CODCR等水質參數(shù)處理效果隨硅藻土過濾器的濾速變化的情況及處理水中的TOC值和其處理效果隨硅藻土過濾器流量變化的關系曲線。試驗中還對DEF過濾設備的某些組件結構如硅藻土過濾組件中的濾布結構、過濾器罐體形狀及影響過濾水流狀態(tài)的連接管路系統(tǒng)等進行改型試驗,使得處理效果更優(yōu)。并通過因素水平表,分析出改型前后影響濁度、CODCR等水質參數(shù)處理率的最優(yōu)化方案及主要影響因素的排序。再次,本課題針對DEF過濾設備的運行特點,在借鑒了國內外一些常見的過濾基本模型的基礎上,提出了DEF過濾器的預涂層過濾模型。并通過分析該過濾器內部組件的工作方式,提出了DEF組件的過濾工況模型,并得到了單根組件和三根組件的數(shù)學模型。并求出了兩者間的數(shù)學關系。最后,通過經濟成本分析,確定硅藻土過濾器處理洗浴廢水的單位成本。結果表明,硅藻土有一定的納污能力和再造孔隙能力。能進行重復涂膜。硅藻土助濾劑用量宜為900克即相對于濾元面積為12162MGCM2,并建議出水流速宜為08M3H濾元濾速為108MH。在900克硅藻土助濾劑投加量下,進水流量、壓力均顯示更好的穩(wěn)定性,濾餅過濾周期延長;濁度和CODCR的去除率也大大提高,濁度逸出得到有效控制。在相對高的水流流速下,出水水質狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定,除細菌和大腸菌外其他各項常規(guī)水質指標均達到雜用水回用標準。簡化了實際生產中的操作和管理程序,節(jié)約了工程運行的經濟成本。硅藻土過濾器DEF處理洗浴廢水時,在保證同樣的出水濁度值時,過濾濾元經過的水流流速可隨DE投加量的增加而提高,且在此范圍內CODCR處理率隨進水水質指標的升高而升高。另外,經過改型后的硅藻土過濾器可提高硅藻土過濾器的處理出水水質和預涂膜的重復使用次數(shù)。并使得操作過程對工藝運行的影響減少。增加設備的運行穩(wěn)定性。保證涂膜的效果和反沖濾布的清潔性。硅藻土預涂層過濾模型的建立,使得直接從孔隙率和壓降來推出預涂層的過濾濾速和水損成為可能。便于在實際中確定工況。并可根據(jù)層流雷諾數(shù)RE的極限值和孔隙率的最小值得到速度和水損的極限值。而組件過濾模型中所揭示的三根組件的過濾流量為單根組件過濾流量的五倍,可通過模型關系換算確定通過一定流量的最優(yōu)過濾器結構。硅藻土過濾器處理洗浴廢水的運行費用為每噸07465元。因此,硅藻土過濾工藝處理洗浴廢水的運行成本有很好的經濟效益和使用前景。假設硅藻土助濾劑食品級系列價格為3400元噸。本試驗所需硅藻土費用為11016元年。硅藻土過濾工藝能深度處理砂濾出水,使水質得到大幅度提高,且對臭味、溶解性有機物及金屬鐵等污染指標也有一定的去除能力。該工藝對原水水質變化有一定的適應能力,排泥量小,硅藻土助濾劑能重復使用,并保持處理水水質穩(wěn)定,適合應用于建筑中水處理和污水深度處理工藝中。
