1、宮頸癌與 HPV 感染及人工流產(chǎn)次數(shù)相關(guān)性的臨床研究摘要目的： 目的：文章研究婦科門診患者 HPV 感染情況，分析基因型在宮頸疾病譜中，即從正常宮頸（包括慢性宮頸炎）、宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變（到宮頸癌連續(xù)發(fā)展的分布特點；探討持續(xù)性感染與宮頸病變關(guān)系及不同亞型分布情況；分析 HPV感染染的相關(guān)危險因素；探討流產(chǎn)次數(shù)與宮頸 HPV 感染的相關(guān)性。方法： 方法：1.收集 2014 年 1 月至 2015 年 12 月就診于婦科門診 104 例患者的臨

2、床資料。應(yīng)用回顧性研究方法，分析 HPV 總體感染情況，比較不同年齡組、不同基因型 HPV 分布及感染率。2.選擇在我院行宮頸病理學(xué)活檢結(jié)果為正常的 160 例患者和異常的 54 例患者，比較正常宮頸組與宮頸病變組的 HPV 感染差異，分析不同病理級別宮頸病變患者 HPV 感染情況及基因型分布情況。3.選擇間隔一年以上在我院行兩次或以上 HPV 分型檢測和 TCT 檢測的 108例患者，分析 HPV 持續(xù)陰性組、非持續(xù)陰性組、非持續(xù)陽性

3、組、持續(xù)陽性組的HPV 感染情況及基因型分布情況，比較四組的宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)結(jié)果。4.選擇在我院行實行人工流產(chǎn)并自愿接受問卷調(diào)查的 100 例患者，多因素非條件 Logistic 回歸分析 HPV 感染相關(guān)危險因素。選用 SPSS12.0 軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果： 結(jié)果：1.本案例宮頸癌患者中有 139 例 HPV 感染者，HPV 總感染率為 26.54%，其中單一型別感染率為 18.82%，混合型別感染率為 7.72%，高危型別感染率

4、為22.87%，低危型別感染率為 3.67%。感染率排名前五位的是：HPV52(6.31%)，HPV16(5.93%)，HPV58(4.16%)，CP8304(3.92%)，HPV53(2.63%)。HPV 總感染率和高危型別感染率在 30-39 歲達(dá)到低峰(P<0.05)，大于 60 歲年齡組中達(dá)到高峰(P<0.05)；低危型別感染率在各年齡組間無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P=0.693)。2.正常宮頸、CIN I 級、CIN II
