4、ck(TIA)minstroke.SubjectsMethods:133caseswithTIAminstrokewererecruitedintheaffiliatedhospitalofQingdaouniversityfromDecember2015toSeptember2016.Atotalof116eligibleparticipantswereenrolledinthisstudy.Demographic(agegender

6、densitylipoproteincholesterolserumcreatinine)ofpatientswerecollected.116patients(63patientswithTIA54patientswithminstroke)wereassessedbyMoCAafter3months.AccdingtotheMoCA’sce116patientswasdividedintocognitivedysfunctiongr

7、oup(49cases)nocognitiveimpairmentgroup(67cases).Comparethesetwogroups’demographicclinicaldatalifestylehistyofdiseasemedicationhisty.Toinvestigatethecrelationbetweenuricacidcognitivedysfunctionaftertransientischemicattack

8、minstroke.Results:Comparisonbetweencognitivedysfunctiongroupnocognitiveimpairmentgroup，therewerenosignificantdifferencesinagegendereducationallevel.ThelevelsofUAcerebrovularmbidityinthecognitivedysfunctiongroupwere(415.6

9、358.63)μmolL60.98%(2541)respectivelywhichweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthenocognitiveimpairmentgroup(308.7445.32)μmolL23.91%).Thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05)LogisticregressionanalysisshowedthatplasmaU
