5、1970sfromCriticalLinguisticswhichwasmainlycreatedbyBritainAustralia.In1991theterm“criticallinguistic“wascompiledintoCrystal’sDictionaryofLinguisticsPhoicsitwasexplainedindetailbyMalmkjaerinLinguisticsEncyclopedia.Atprese

6、ntmemescholarsareapplyingCDAtostudynewsreptsespeciallypoliticalnewsreptsfexampleKouJie’sCriticalDiscourseAnalysisofPoliticalNewsReptsinAmericanBritishNewspapersHilaryJanks’sCriticalDiscourseAnalysisasaResearchTool.Therea

10、erefejournalisticwdsweredeveloped.Newsissociallyconstructed.AsFowler(1991:4)haspointedout“Newsisarepresentationofthewldinlanguage““newsisarepresentationinthissenseofconstructionitisnotavaluefreereflectionof`facts.“RogerF

11、owler(1979)arguedthatnewsisapracticeaproductofthesocialpoliticalwld.Hesaidthatthecontentofnewsreptwasnotfactsaboutthewldbutinaverygeneralsense“ideas““beliefs““values““positions““ideologies“.Bydiscussingtheroleoflinguisti
