簡(jiǎn)介:個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)是當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)非常重要的研究課題,它針對(duì)用戶不同的需求,采用不同的服務(wù)方式,提供不同的服務(wù)內(nèi)容,幫助用戶快速、及時(shí)、有效地獲取資源信息。論文針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)的特點(diǎn)和服務(wù)需求,提出了個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)的體系框架,對(duì)WEB文本資源特征建模、組織管理和用戶建模等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究,并將個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于資源搜索與導(dǎo)航、個(gè)性化信息定制和知識(shí)主動(dòng)推送等方面。論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下第一章首先介紹了論文的研究背景和應(yīng)用意義。針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)的研究?jī)?nèi)容,介紹了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域如搜索引擎、語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)、個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)等的研究現(xiàn)狀,著重對(duì)當(dāng)前三類(lèi)個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)功能進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。最后給出了論文研究的主要內(nèi)容和組織結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章闡述了個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)的概況,對(duì)個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)的概念、邏輯流程、特點(diǎn)和服務(wù)模式進(jìn)行了研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了論文研究的個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)和功能組成。第三章主要探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)文本資源的形式化描述特征建模方法,提出了一種基于向量空間模型和知網(wǎng)的特征建模方法。研究了特征項(xiàng)權(quán)重計(jì)算、語(yǔ)義消歧、語(yǔ)義相似度計(jì)算等具體實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)。同時(shí),為了實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源效用的最大化,對(duì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文本資源的分類(lèi)進(jìn)行了研究。最后,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)上述理論方法的有效性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。第四章主要探討了面向用戶需求的用戶建模技術(shù)。對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)收集、模型表示和模型更新等三個(gè)建模子任務(wù)進(jìn)行了研究,包括采用類(lèi)重心分類(lèi)算法建立用戶模型、基于知網(wǎng)優(yōu)化用戶模型以及應(yīng)用ROCCHIO反饋算法更新用戶模型等。在建立用戶模型的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了信息過(guò)濾技術(shù)。最后,對(duì)論文提出的用戶建模技術(shù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。第五章以寧波機(jī)械行業(yè)的WEB資源發(fā)現(xiàn)與共享為應(yīng)用背景,從資源搜索與導(dǎo)航、個(gè)性化信息定制、知識(shí)主動(dòng)推送幾個(gè)方面,介紹了個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)在機(jī)械制造行業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的具體應(yīng)用實(shí)例,對(duì)論文研究的技術(shù)和理論進(jìn)行了初步驗(yàn)證。第六章總結(jié)論文的研究工作和主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn),對(duì)未來(lái)的研究方向和重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了展望。

簡(jiǎn)介:知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)活動(dòng)KNOWLCDGEINTENSIVESERVICEACTIVITIES簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)KISA是指企業(yè)與內(nèi)外部專(zhuān)家進(jìn)行多領(lǐng)域合作構(gòu)建企業(yè)能力的服務(wù)活動(dòng)FERNEZ,2005,它包括研發(fā)服務(wù)活動(dòng)、IT服務(wù)活動(dòng)、工程服務(wù)活動(dòng)、管理咨詢(xún)服務(wù)活動(dòng)、金融與會(huì)計(jì)服務(wù)活動(dòng)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)服務(wù)活動(dòng)、法律服務(wù)活動(dòng)和人力資源服務(wù)活動(dòng)8大類(lèi)。KISA是知識(shí)的傳遞載體,實(shí)質(zhì)上就是合作雙方的員工一起參與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的過(guò)程。近年來(lái),知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)活動(dòng)正逐漸成為服務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究的焦點(diǎn)。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),關(guān)于服務(wù)業(yè)作用于制造業(yè)的研究有限,且基本上集中在宏觀層面。針對(duì)這種研究現(xiàn)狀,本文以制造企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,從KISA的視角出發(fā),研究我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造企業(yè)技術(shù)能力整合的作用機(jī)理,以為我國(guó)制造企業(yè)更有效地構(gòu)建技術(shù)能力整合體系提供理論指導(dǎo)。首先,論文總結(jié)梳理了知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)活動(dòng)KISA的定義、分類(lèi)維度和當(dāng)前流行的三種研究視角,即整合視角、產(chǎn)品生命周期視角和企業(yè)生命周期視角。然后,總結(jié)了有關(guān)技術(shù)能力定義和要素構(gòu)成的研究,從人員、組織和物質(zhì)系統(tǒng)三個(gè)角度梳理了有關(guān)能力整合的研究成果。其次,基于文獻(xiàn)綜述分析了技術(shù)能力整合的內(nèi)涵,運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論分析了企業(yè)技術(shù)能力整合的內(nèi)在機(jī)理和外在表現(xiàn),提出技術(shù)能力整合是一個(gè)由知識(shí)識(shí)別、獲取、共享、學(xué)習(xí)、應(yīng)用和重構(gòu)6個(gè)階段組成的動(dòng)態(tài)循環(huán)過(guò)程;本文還分析了不同的知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)活動(dòng)特征對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)能力整合績(jī)效的影響,提出知識(shí)內(nèi)隱性與知識(shí)系統(tǒng)性與整合績(jī)效成負(fù)相關(guān),而互動(dòng)寬度、頻率、深度與知識(shí)互補(bǔ)性與整合績(jī)效成正相關(guān);然后,本文還分析了技術(shù)類(lèi)和非技術(shù)類(lèi)服務(wù)活動(dòng)對(duì)技術(shù)能力整合績(jī)效的影響差異;最后,本文在第四章使用了一個(gè)制造企業(yè)案例,從實(shí)證上支持了第三章提出的部分理論分析結(jié)論。再次,論文還對(duì)技術(shù)能力整合績(jī)效的影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證。從知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)的互動(dòng)維度和知識(shí)維度,識(shí)別出了6個(gè)影響整合績(jī)效的因素,并得出各影響因素對(duì)人員整合、組織能力、物質(zhì)系統(tǒng)能力整合績(jī)效和聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制整合績(jī)效的影響程度大??;本文實(shí)證還發(fā)現(xiàn),在不同類(lèi)型的知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)活動(dòng)下,其對(duì)人員整合、組織能力、物質(zhì)系統(tǒng)能力整合績(jī)效和聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制整合績(jī)效存在顯著差異。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果基本驗(yàn)證了本文的假設(shè)。最后,本文從企業(yè)層面和項(xiàng)目層面提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,并總結(jié)了本研究的結(jié)論以及今后研究的展望。

簡(jiǎn)介:2006屆研究生博士學(xué)位論文學(xué)校代碼學(xué)號(hào)Y89G61810269YB03161015攀黎增忿麓嗲基于科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的產(chǎn)業(yè)密集區(qū)技術(shù)擴(kuò)散研究院系縫溫皇巫撞型堂堂睦地堡丕專(zhuān)業(yè)厶塞絲堡堂研究方向匡蔓經(jīng)渣皇堇盔芷邀指導(dǎo)教師萱腳數(shù)鬟博士研究生圭圭勇2006年5月完成基于科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的產(chǎn)業(yè)密集區(qū)技術(shù)擴(kuò)散研究市場(chǎng)化啟動(dòng),形成了以政府主導(dǎo)性的上海技術(shù)交易所為平臺(tái),以半官方與民營(yíng)科技中介服務(wù)為主體的市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作模式,目前尚未形成跨區(qū)域的技術(shù)擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)。其次,從區(qū)域技術(shù)擴(kuò)散依托的支撐條件看,巴登一符騰堡地區(qū)發(fā)達(dá)的科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)、密集的智力資源和大量的科技中小企業(yè)成為區(qū)域技術(shù)擴(kuò)散強(qiáng)有力的支撐因子。京畿道地區(qū)發(fā)展速度比較快的科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)、密集的智力資源和成長(zhǎng)比較迅速的科技中小企業(yè)為技術(shù)擴(kuò)散提供了有力的支撐。長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū)科技中小企業(yè)發(fā)展比較快,區(qū)域內(nèi)智力資源密集,但科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)不如巴登符騰堡地區(qū)發(fā)達(dá),發(fā)展速度也不及京畿道地區(qū),對(duì)區(qū)域技術(shù)擴(kuò)散的影響相對(duì)較小。再次,從科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)技術(shù)擴(kuò)散的影響及效果看,巴登一符騰堡地區(qū)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)擴(kuò)散與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的科技中介服務(wù)體系密切相關(guān),科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)巴登一符騰堡地區(qū)科技進(jìn)步發(fā)揮了巨大的作用。韓國(guó)京畿道地區(qū)也通過(guò)科技中介服務(wù)網(wǎng),促進(jìn)了本地區(qū)技術(shù)的跨地域、跨行業(yè)的擴(kuò)散。韓國(guó)30%的專(zhuān)利技術(shù)通過(guò)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心被商業(yè)化,而且這個(gè)比例還在逐漸增加??萍贾薪榉?wù)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)京畿道地區(qū)乃至韓國(guó)的技術(shù)擴(kuò)散的作用也比較明顯。1993年上海技術(shù)交易所成立以來(lái),對(duì)中國(guó)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化和技術(shù)擴(kuò)散起到了一定的推動(dòng)作用,但由于長(zhǎng)江三角洲各個(gè)地區(qū)科技中介服務(wù)自成體系,還沒(méi)有形成像巴登一符騰堡地區(qū)那樣網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的科技中介服務(wù)體系,也沒(méi)形成像韓國(guó)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心跨地區(qū)的有效技術(shù)擴(kuò)散渠道。長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū)科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)技術(shù)擴(kuò)散影響遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于巴登一符騰堡和京畿道兩個(gè)地區(qū)。因此,長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū)科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)可以學(xué)習(xí)韓國(guó)技術(shù)交易所的運(yùn)作模式,建立政府主導(dǎo)的科技中介服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò),同時(shí)借鑒德國(guó)巴登一符騰堡地區(qū)的作法,扶持培育像史太白技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中,T4JG樣的市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作的民營(yíng)科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),形成長(zhǎng)江三角洲科技中介服務(wù)網(wǎng),加速長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū)技術(shù)市場(chǎng)一體化進(jìn)程,為區(qū)域技術(shù)擴(kuò)散、科技創(chuàng)新和提升區(qū)域綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力作出更大貢獻(xiàn)。關(guān)鍵詞科技中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),技術(shù)擴(kuò)散,巴登一符騰堡地區(qū),京畿道地區(qū)長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū),技術(shù)市場(chǎng)
