簡介:江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文高等教育對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)測算以中部地區(qū)為例姓名李鵬申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)及管理指導(dǎo)教師劉滿鳳20081001邊際生產(chǎn)力低于其他部門邊際的生產(chǎn)力。兩種方法測量結(jié)果在數(shù)值上不同,但從不同方面反映了高等教育對中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn),所以測量結(jié)論更加客觀?;诒疚母黜?xiàng)測算結(jié)果,得出了高等教育對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有巨大推動(dòng)作用的結(jié)論。本文通過博弈的方法解釋高等教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入的現(xiàn)狀,并對合理高等教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入給出了相關(guān)的建議,最后從中部地區(qū)高等教育建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)高校服務(wù)于區(qū)域和地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的能力建議、促進(jìn)高校科技成果產(chǎn)品化研究,一步一步細(xì)化研究,對加強(qiáng)高等教育建設(shè)與中部崛起進(jìn)行了有益的探索,對中部地區(qū)教育和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞高等教育;中部地區(qū);經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率;貢獻(xiàn)

簡介:國內(nèi)圖書分類號G521國際圖書分類號651管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文黑龍江省高等教育本科專業(yè)設(shè)置與調(diào)整研究碩士研究生李祥導(dǎo)師趙敏教授申請學(xué)位管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)科、專業(yè)教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理所在單位高等教育研究所答辯日期2008年6月授予學(xué)位單位哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要摘要專業(yè)設(shè)置在高等教育體系和人才培養(yǎng)過程中有著突出重要的地位,是高等教育的核心問題之一,也是教育實(shí)踐工作者始終關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)之一。隨著時(shí)勢的變化,高等教育出現(xiàn)了許多新的問題,如重復(fù)建設(shè)嚴(yán)重,就業(yè)難等,這些都和專業(yè)的調(diào)整有直接的關(guān)系。因此,科學(xué)地專業(yè)設(shè)置和調(diào)整在當(dāng)前有著極為重要的意義。本文首先通過理論研究整理出專業(yè)設(shè)置與調(diào)整的一般理論原則,并梳理具有實(shí)踐意義的專業(yè)設(shè)置與調(diào)整策略,為制定策略提供理論支持。然后通過歷史研究和比較研究的方法研究中美兩國近代的專業(yè)發(fā)展情況,并對發(fā)展過程中體現(xiàn)出的特點(diǎn)和由其得出的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。再通過現(xiàn)實(shí)研究的方法,調(diào)查我省高等教育的變遷歷史,尤其是專業(yè)設(shè)置的歷史沿革和現(xiàn)狀,為制定策略提供現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。在以上這些研究的基礎(chǔ)上,力爭以高等教育為中心視角,結(jié)合其他多學(xué)科知識,,針對近幾年來,高等教育大眾化,高等學(xué)校綜合化和畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難等新形勢帶來的新變化,對如何構(gòu)建合理的專業(yè)體系,如何調(diào)整現(xiàn)有的專業(yè)體系來滿足高等教育自身的要求和適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要展開研究。探索和全面審視專業(yè)設(shè)置中政府,市場,高校間的系統(tǒng)關(guān)系,對如何進(jìn)行科學(xué)的專業(yè)調(diào)整進(jìn)行更深入的研究。筆者依據(jù)專業(yè)設(shè)置與調(diào)整的基本理論,結(jié)合歷史和國外經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合黑龍江省的本科專業(yè)實(shí)際情況,試圖做出全面、科學(xué)、符合現(xiàn)實(shí)情況、有可行性的策略分析,為能將這些理論付諸于實(shí)踐進(jìn)行鋪墊。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞黑龍江省;專業(yè)設(shè)置;調(diào)整;對策I
