簡介:華中科技大學博士學位論文高等教育人才培養(yǎng)模式新論姓名楊杏芳申請學位級別博士專業(yè)高等教育學指導教師文輔相姚啟和2002612華中科技大學博士學位論文論基礎”,一方面鑒】素質教育重視全面素質、重視基礎、重視人的主體性的思想,仃利J糾III解析模,℃、功利性過強的專業(yè)教育模式、高度單一模式和物化教育模式的弊端,從而確認,F淪證了素質教育觀對高等教育本科人/J培養(yǎng)模式改革的指導作川另方面又明確指出模式改革的理論基礎除了素質教育觀之外,還應包括諸如高等教育哲學、文化哲學、生存論哲學、心理學等眾多理論基礎。關?!叩冉逃耍疍培養(yǎng)模式的改革與實質建構”,這個部分的核心是要回答或解決兩個問題,其一是我國本科高等教育起主導作用或范型作用的人/D培養(yǎng)模式究竟是什么,其二是在這個主導模式之下高等教育人/J培養(yǎng)模式如何實現多樣化以及統(tǒng)一性與多樣化的關系問題。對于本科人才培養(yǎng)活動的主導模式,本文討論了“科學文化人,I創(chuàng)造”四位一體的目標,以及通釵教育與專業(yè)教育相結合的實現形式,而有巾因特色的通專結合之路則是“更加注重素質培養(yǎng)的寬口徑的專業(yè)教育”。彳1明確E導模式的攮礎上,筆者進一步探討了模式的多樣化問題,認為模式的多樣化,1I儀有內在的合理性,而且有現實的必然性,并提出了“分類、規(guī)范、特色”的思路和“縱橫分流”的實施策略,從而完成了主導模式與多樣化的子模式群之問的年Ⅱ貿通,實現了一留等教育理論與高等教育人/J培養(yǎng)活動的實踐之陽J的相互轉化與雙向建構。,耳一,~‘JT關鍵詞』嗲教育L夢,仝生竺爹模式,崖墮墮蟬,蟄女舯▲。D_●
