4、nGuangdong.What’smethisanalysisisgoodfthegovernmentintheirchoiceofwhichwayGuangdongeconomicshouldtake.IndertotestthecrelationbetweenFDIagglomerationwehavetotaketwosteps:FirstwemakeadeionofagglomerationconditioninGuangdon

6、DIagglomerationinGuangdong.NextwecarryoutacrelationregressionbetweenFDIagglomerationusingtheleastsquaresmethodthentesttheircrelationusingEngleGrangerCointegretionAnalysisMethod.TheconclusionofthisthesisshowsFDIagglomerat

7、ionofGuangdongin2003to2007isrisinggenerally.MeanwhilethroughtheempiricalstudyofthisthesisitproveswhathavestudiedaboutthecrelationbetweenFDIagglomerationinthecountrylevelisstillwkableintheprovincelevelthatisFDIagglomerati

8、oncontributetotheprogressofeachother.TherefeGuangdongshouldkeepimprovingitsabilityinattractingFDIespeciallythoseindustriesthathashigheragglomerationimpactsothatitcanbuildamuchbetterenvironmentftheeconomicdevelopmentinGua
