簡介:中山大學碩士學位論文基于WEB20的EECP醫(yī)學信息共享系統(tǒng)的研究姓名余冬蘭申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)生物醫(yī)學工程指導教師王奎健20090510中山大學生物醫(yī)學工程系2006級碩士研究生畢業(yè)論文系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)部分先總體介紹系統(tǒng)的組成和功能,其次從技術角度分別介紹系統(tǒng)包含的四個功能模塊的設計和實現(xiàn)1WEB接口模塊,重點闡述了如何利用ASP.NET技術和異步模式的ATLAS架構,完成基于ASP.NET2.0的動態(tài)WEB接口的開發(fā)。其中基于AJAX技術的ATLAS架構的應用大大提升客戶端到服務器端數(shù)據(jù)通信的效率,極大地縮短了響應時間;2DICOMTOXML轉換模塊,設計前提方面介紹了采用該轉換模式的依據(jù),該部分則提出了EECP波形文件的XML架構原則和依托該架構實現(xiàn)EECPDICOM文件到XML文件轉換的流程和方法;3數(shù)據(jù)庫模塊,由于EECP醫(yī)療信息既包括了關系型臨床文字信息,同時也包括了轉換后的基于XML的EECP波形文件信息,因此數(shù)據(jù)庫管理采用了基于SQLSERVER2000和XGL平面數(shù)據(jù)庫的二級數(shù)據(jù)庫設計。該設計融合了關系數(shù)據(jù)庫在查詢和成熟性方面的優(yōu)勢和XML平面數(shù)據(jù)庫在數(shù)據(jù)層次原構性方面的優(yōu)勢,可以實現(xiàn)EECP數(shù)據(jù)的最佳管理和用戶數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問的最佳體驗;4基于ASP.NET2.0的系統(tǒng)安全管理模塊,闡述了通過ASP.NET2.0驗證和授權機制實現(xiàn)的安全訪問控制。通過該系統(tǒng)各個EECP中心可以通過WEB瀏覽器,以統(tǒng)一的格式登記患者接受EECP治療過程中的臨床相關信息,并上傳患者接受EECP治療過程中產(chǎn)生的波形文件;患者也可以在線填寫、更新部分個人相關信息和隨訪信息。這些信息在該系統(tǒng)得到匯總并以統(tǒng)一的格式存儲在后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,形成“EECP信息共享池”。借助該系統(tǒng)各個EECP中心不僅可以依托權威的EECP數(shù)據(jù)管理模板,更好地管理內(nèi)部患者的信息,還可以方便地訪問其他EECP中心的信息資源,使得EECP臨床數(shù)據(jù)和波形數(shù)據(jù)真正作為一種資源實現(xiàn)共享,發(fā)揮其在EECP臨床療效評估和研究中的重大作用。關鍵詞EECP,DICOM,XML,WEB2.0,ATLAS,血液動力學波形,信息共享
