    • 簡(jiǎn)介:教學(xué)策略是為了完成教學(xué)目標(biāo)和適應(yīng)學(xué)生認(rèn)知需要而采取的方式、方法、手段和步驟的總和,它對(duì)達(dá)成教學(xué)目標(biāo),提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量具有重要意義。隨著社會(huì)需求的不斷增加,各級(jí)各類學(xué)校對(duì)健美操也越來(lái)越重視,對(duì)健美操的教學(xué)要求也不斷提高,高校體育教育專業(yè)健美操普修課是輸出人才的主要渠道,健美操普修課教學(xué)質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果,最終影響人才的質(zhì)量。而健美操教學(xué)策略研究正是解決“怎么教更有效”這一問(wèn)題,是推進(jìn)普通高校健美操教學(xué)的重要因素。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外不乏對(duì)教學(xué)策略的研究,但是缺少對(duì)體育教學(xué)策略的研究,尤其是針對(duì)健美操普修課教學(xué)策略的研究更是少之又少。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法等研究方法對(duì)甘肅省普通高等院校體育教育專業(yè)健美操普修課的教師和學(xué)生就教學(xué)策略進(jìn)行調(diào)查和訪談,從教師的教授策略和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)策略以及影響教學(xué)策略的因素進(jìn)行分析,旨在解決當(dāng)前普通高校體育教育專業(yè)健美操普修課教學(xué)更有效的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的教學(xué)策略和學(xué)習(xí)策略。主要結(jié)論如下1普通高校健美操普修課中教師對(duì)教學(xué)策略含義的認(rèn)識(shí)存在一定的差異,大多數(shù)教師的認(rèn)識(shí)是比較片面的,健美操教學(xué)策略的界定可以幫助教師對(duì)教學(xué)策略有一個(gè)全面的認(rèn)識(shí),從而促進(jìn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。2普通高校健美操普修課教師在教學(xué)中運(yùn)用了一定的教學(xué)策略,但是基本上都是比較片面的沒(méi)有形成系統(tǒng)。3在健美操教學(xué)策略的制定中,教師是影響教學(xué)策略制定的主要因素,其次是學(xué)生,最后是教學(xué)環(huán)境、硬件設(shè)施和課程本身,因此在制定教學(xué)策略時(shí)要充分考慮這些因素。4在健美操普修課教學(xué)中,學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中或多或少的都會(huì)存在一些問(wèn)題,教師是制定和實(shí)施教學(xué)策略的主體,這就需要教師及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中的問(wèn)題,并做出應(yīng)對(duì),可以讓學(xué)生更好的掌握健美操的技能和學(xué)習(xí)方法,使教學(xué)達(dá)到最佳效果。5學(xué)生作為教學(xué)的主體,學(xué)生自身認(rèn)知、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)方式,都會(huì)對(duì)最后的學(xué)習(xí)效果產(chǎn)生影響,教師要引導(dǎo)和輔助學(xué)生對(duì)健美操形成一個(gè)正確的認(rèn)知,端正學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果,制定符合學(xué)生自身的一套學(xué)習(xí)策略。6學(xué)生在健美操普修課中要想得到更好的學(xué)習(xí)效果除了教師的幫助外,還需要通過(guò)自身認(rèn)知和努力,根據(jù)自身的實(shí)際情況形成系統(tǒng)的策略促進(jìn)自身學(xué)習(xí)。

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展對(duì)工程活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生了巨大影響。工程活動(dòng)在促進(jìn)人類社會(huì)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也顯現(xiàn)出了很多負(fù)面效應(yīng)。正負(fù)兩面的影響改變了人們的教育觀。從20世紀(jì)開始,世界高等工程教育改革顯現(xiàn)出了一個(gè)共同的趨勢(shì)在工程教育中實(shí)施并加強(qiáng)人文教育。美國(guó)從國(guó)家到高校層面,都紛紛開展了以人文教育為主要特征之一的教育改革。我國(guó)的工科院校在認(rèn)識(shí)到了與世界工程教育的差距之后,也從上世紀(jì)90年代開始加強(qiáng)對(duì)工科學(xué)生的人文教育。10余年的人文教育改革雖然取得了一些成就,但仍未達(dá)到培養(yǎng)工程人才全面人文素養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)。如何在高等工程教育中實(shí)施人文教育仍是一個(gè)需要繼續(xù)深入探討的問(wèn)題。人文教育是完整的工程教育的必然組成部分。工程與工程師職業(yè)的新變遷要求我國(guó)必須改革以專業(yè)教學(xué)為主的工程教育,在把握工程教育中人文教育的特殊性的前提下,實(shí)現(xiàn)工程教育與人文教育的融合。麻省理工學(xué)院MIT是美國(guó)工程教育的領(lǐng)軍者,華中科技大學(xué)HUST的人文教育在國(guó)內(nèi)高校中首屈一指。本文從MIT與HUST的課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方式、科學(xué)研究、師資隊(duì)伍、校園文化五個(gè)方面探討了兩校人文教育的共性與個(gè)性,對(duì)我國(guó)在工程教育中進(jìn)行人文教育提供案例借鑒與指導(dǎo)。在對(duì)MIT與HUST研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了對(duì)我國(guó)在高等工程教育中做好人文教育的建議改革高校組織管理體制與運(yùn)行機(jī)制;構(gòu)建工程與人文交叉的課程體系;將人文教育融入工科專業(yè)教學(xué)中;提高教師人文素養(yǎng),加強(qiáng)師生互動(dòng);建設(shè)多彩校園文化;加強(qiáng)國(guó)際交流,不斷更新教育理念。在工程教育中實(shí)施人文教育的路徑是多樣的,各高??稍诎盐战逃?guī)律和科學(xué)技術(shù)與文化的發(fā)展規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,探索適合國(guó)情、校情的人文教育之路。

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國(guó)家對(duì)高素質(zhì)人才的需求越來(lái)越大,而培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的根本辦法就是發(fā)展高等教育。提高高等教育的投入水平是促進(jìn)發(fā)展高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要保證,落實(shí)高等教育優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位,增加高等教育投入成為世界各國(guó)普遍關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本文研究高等教育投入效率,希望能為高校的建設(shè)發(fā)展和教育事業(yè)的進(jìn)步提供參考。首先,本文從理論的角度出發(fā),通過(guò)搜集、整理文獻(xiàn),詳細(xì)闡述了高等教育、高等教育投入效率和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法等相關(guān)理論和概念。其次,根據(jù)先前學(xué)者研究成果,分析總結(jié)出高等教育的投入指標(biāo)和產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)。投入指標(biāo)主要包括人力、物力、財(cái)力三個(gè)方面,產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)主要包括教學(xué)成果和科研成果兩個(gè)方面,并在此基礎(chǔ)上建立高等教育投入效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。再次,本文選取了河北省具有代表性的11所高校為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過(guò)搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料對(duì)11所高校的教育效率進(jìn)行分析,以期能對(duì)河北省的高等教育進(jìn)行較為科學(xué)的效率測(cè)定。最后,在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮各方面情況,分析現(xiàn)階段存在的問(wèn)題,并提出提高高等教育投入效率的措施。

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、對(duì)比分析法、訪談法,對(duì)河北省普通高等學(xué)校體育教育專業(yè)本科培養(yǎng)方案的歷史沿革進(jìn)行重新梳理,厘清河北省現(xiàn)行的培養(yǎng)方案的現(xiàn)狀,從現(xiàn)狀中找問(wèn)題找原因,最終提出優(yōu)化方案的基本設(shè)想,旨在對(duì)河北省普通高等學(xué)校體育教育本科專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案的優(yōu)化提供參考。通過(guò)研究得出從歷次河北省體育教育專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案的修訂軌跡來(lái)看,培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)出口徑逐步拓寬的變化趨勢(shì),人才培養(yǎng)由原先的“專才教育”向“通才教育”轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)體系從“寬口徑、厚基礎(chǔ)”向“寬口徑、精專業(yè)、多出路”轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程學(xué)制由過(guò)去的計(jì)劃性學(xué)制轉(zhuǎn)為彈性學(xué)制,總學(xué)時(shí)和總學(xué)分呈現(xiàn)整體縮減的變化趨勢(shì)必修課所占比例明顯縮小,選修課比例呈上升趨勢(shì),實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)所占比重呈現(xiàn)大幅度增加的態(tài)勢(shì)。各院校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的崗位定位以“體育教學(xué)”為定位的重心,輻射其它體育工作各培養(yǎng)單位主要將人才類型定位于培養(yǎng)“應(yīng)用型人才”培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的服務(wù)面向具有一定差異性。各個(gè)學(xué)校追求“精而全”的培養(yǎng)規(guī)格綜合型院校和師范型院校之間在培養(yǎng)規(guī)格方面差異不大,人才培養(yǎng)“同質(zhì)化”突出,“特色化”不足,差異性不明顯除體育專業(yè)院校外,其它院校對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能重視不足方案中缺乏健康理念的滲透。各院校有發(fā)展自身特色的趨勢(shì),但也有不同程度的方案抄襲或簡(jiǎn)單移植等現(xiàn)象發(fā)生總學(xué)分及學(xué)分的比例分配存在較大差異,學(xué)分比例分配呈現(xiàn)必修課比例偏高,選修課比例偏低的態(tài)勢(shì),課程結(jié)構(gòu)安排上計(jì)劃性突出,靈活性不足,增設(shè)選修課程已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代高等教育課程設(shè)置的必然趨勢(shì)。河北省各院校公共必修課程學(xué)分?jǐn)?shù)整體偏低,且靈活性不夠各個(gè)院校應(yīng)該在保證必修課程的同時(shí),適當(dāng)增加選修課程實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐方面表現(xiàn)為形式相對(duì)單一,主要以教育實(shí)習(xí)為主,科研實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)主要通過(guò)畢業(yè)論文作為檢驗(yàn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),學(xué)生論文實(shí)踐時(shí)間過(guò)短,并不利于學(xué)生完成高質(zhì)量的科研論文教師教育模塊課程對(duì)于培養(yǎng)合格教師意義重大,但河北省對(duì)于教師教育課程重視程度不夠。河北省現(xiàn)行培養(yǎng)方案存在的問(wèn)題主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾點(diǎn)1、培養(yǎng)方案目標(biāo)定位不準(zhǔn)確,缺乏自身特色,專業(yè)建設(shè)缺乏活力2、在注重專業(yè)教育基礎(chǔ)上,忽視通識(shí)教育,且通識(shí)課程自主性不足3、高等教育體育教育專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案的制定與基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的銜接程度不夠4、方案中實(shí)踐實(shí)習(xí)模塊改革的實(shí)效性不強(qiáng),畢業(yè)生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力差,對(duì)于工作崗位,尤其對(duì)于新型體育事業(yè)的崗位適應(yīng)能力不足5、培養(yǎng)方案在制定過(guò)程中,具有一定的盲目性,就業(yè)導(dǎo)向性較差。上述原因的產(chǎn)生主要?dú)w結(jié)于以下幾點(diǎn)1、對(duì)“國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”的錯(cuò)誤理解,盲目跟從和效仿其它學(xué)校的課程設(shè)置及目標(biāo)設(shè)定2、國(guó)家過(guò)于限制通識(shí)課程,學(xué)生可選擇的空間過(guò)于狹窄另外,大家普遍對(duì)于通識(shí)教育的課程理念認(rèn)識(shí)片面3、河北省現(xiàn)行的培養(yǎng)方案忽略基礎(chǔ)教育的培養(yǎng)理念4、培養(yǎng)方案的制定缺乏理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合5、方案的制定缺乏對(duì)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的正確評(píng)估和前瞻性預(yù)測(cè)。通過(guò)客觀分析現(xiàn)行方案中存在的問(wèn)題,提出調(diào)整與優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)方案的基本思路和建議。具體如下1、貫徹培養(yǎng)方案修訂主線、明晰指導(dǎo)思想進(jìn)一步細(xì)化培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)2、建立不同類型、不同層次學(xué)校體育教育專業(yè)的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)體系,逐步提高河北省該專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案的特色化和差異化3、實(shí)現(xiàn)高校體育教育專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案的優(yōu)化與基礎(chǔ)教育改革相銜接4、逐步形成全面發(fā)展與學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展相結(jié)合的新思路5、建設(shè)以就業(yè)導(dǎo)向?yàn)轵?qū)動(dòng)的人才培養(yǎng)方案6、建構(gòu)體育教育本科專業(yè)“分段式”目標(biāo)體系。
