簡介:高等職業(yè)教育類院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)模式探析重慶大學工程碩士學位論文工程碩士周浪指導(dǎo)教師李蜀慶副教授兼職導(dǎo)師聶華高級工程師工程領(lǐng)域環(huán)境工程重慶大學資源及環(huán)境科學學院二00八年五月重慶大學工程碩士學位論文中文摘要摘要從環(huán)境工程專業(yè)教學特點、時代需求出發(fā),簡述高職院校開設(shè)環(huán)境工程專業(yè)的必要性和可能性,對高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)方向設(shè)置、課程設(shè)置、教學模式以及辦學模式等進行了探索研究,并以重慶市為例進行實例分析,進而對我國高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)的教學改革和人才培養(yǎng)模式提出一些建議,旨在培養(yǎng)新型實用的人才,培養(yǎng)出高素質(zhì)的專業(yè)型環(huán)保人才。目前全國高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)方向設(shè)置上主要存在的問題是專業(yè)方向單一,而目前市場需要的是多種多樣的環(huán)保人才,專業(yè)方向過于單一就會使學生就業(yè)面狹窄。本文運用層次分析法分析高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)方向的設(shè)置,按專業(yè)知識內(nèi)容、行業(yè)類別、人才培養(yǎng)層次類型劃分專業(yè)方向,運用層次分析法比較分析它們的權(quán)重,最后得出高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)方向設(shè)置的方案。通過重慶工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學院環(huán)境工程專業(yè)的課程設(shè)置可以看出,目前在課程設(shè)置上存在的主要問題是缺乏必要的實踐教學環(huán)節(jié),對于高職高專院校來說,主要的培養(yǎng)目標是使學生具有一定的理論基礎(chǔ)知識,同時須具有較扎實的實際工作能力和應(yīng)用能力,具有較強的解決問題和工程的能力。在教學模式的研究中,對現(xiàn)有高職環(huán)境專業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律進行了研究,為課程設(shè)置中增加實踐教學環(huán)節(jié)的要求,提出全新的“32L’教學模式,即學生用3學期的時間學完教學計劃設(shè)置的基礎(chǔ)課、專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課和主干專業(yè)課經(jīng)雙向選擇到環(huán)境污染治理設(shè)計、控制、設(shè)施運行管理的生產(chǎn)一線崗位學習、工作1年兩學期,期滿后再回學校用一個學期時間學習部分專業(yè)理論課,拓寬知識面的選修課及現(xiàn)場工作需補充的知識,并完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計。各院??梢愿鶕?jù)自己的實際情況對這一模式進行調(diào)整。最后,以實證法為基礎(chǔ),主要通過對重慶市部分高職院校的走訪,在此基礎(chǔ)上歸納分析現(xiàn)有高職環(huán)境工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)和辦學模式存在的問題,在辦學模式研究中,著重研究了校企合作辦學模式??傊疚膶Ω呗毉h(huán)境專業(yè)的方向設(shè)置、教學模式、人才培養(yǎng)模式等進行了可行性的研究,對指導(dǎo)高職院校環(huán)境工程的教學改革和發(fā)展具有參考作用。關(guān)鍵詞環(huán)境工程,高職院校,人才培養(yǎng)模式

簡介:;乒疊.“秀£』.荔』。、、7P/\『蓮工蘭手窆蘭正≤L∥孕摘要隨著我國高校招生規(guī)模繼續(xù)擴大,高等教育已由精英化校教育轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇蟊娀逃?。與之相對應(yīng)的,大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)壓力有逐漸加大的趨勢。這就造成了一種新L的現(xiàn)象,即國家花費大量財力物力培養(yǎng)出來的人才被大量閑置,造成資源的極大浪費。本文試圖從教育經(jīng)濟學的角度來切入,從供給與需求角度來分析問題并進行深入研究,并從高等教育與人才市場的關(guān)系作為分析的重點來闡述就業(yè)中存在的問題。最后提出一些建議,旨在使大學生從中獲取更多的新的觀念,對現(xiàn)階段高等教育大眾化進程中未來的發(fā)展及其改革起到一定的參考價值。本文認為,我國目前大學畢業(yè)生數(shù)量增長快,就業(yè)壓力加大,大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾突出迫使大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)目標更加務(wù)實,就業(yè)地區(qū)流向也發(fā)生了變化,考研和出國人數(shù)持續(xù)增加、大學畢業(yè)生“不就業(yè)”的現(xiàn)象和非正規(guī)就業(yè)人數(shù)里上升趨勢。造成這些現(xiàn)象的原因既有我國經(jīng)濟體制從計劃經(jīng)濟向市場經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)變的過程中人才結(jié)構(gòu)需求的變化,也有大學生就業(yè)時存在的自身擇業(yè)期望值偏高、不能正確地認識社會的需求、就業(yè)的依賴心理和隨大流心理嚴重等問題。同時,作為培養(yǎng)、輸送人才的高校在當前高等教育改革中滯后于社會政治經(jīng)濟制度的改革。在對以上問題做了簡要分析后,本文從道德價值取向、精神性和主體性問題方面分析了影響大學生就業(yè)的幾個觀念問題。最后,本文根據(jù)前面的分析提出了大眾化背景下大學生就業(yè)的對策,認為要改善當前大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)狀,必須要解決以下幾個方面的問題即大學生個體的自我完善和就業(yè)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變;社會應(yīng)給畢業(yè)生以更多的關(guān)注,堅持正確的輿論導(dǎo)向;政府部門也要采取的相應(yīng)措施保證一定的經(jīng)濟增長速度,改善就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提高就業(yè)容量、形成有序、公平競爭的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)市場,實現(xiàn)人力資源合理配置等;作為大學生培養(yǎng)基地的高等教育也應(yīng)力R快高校學科專業(yè)結(jié){句調(diào)整、建立高校調(diào)整學科專業(yè)設(shè)置的運行機制;同時應(yīng)完善大學生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)策略,進行由“適業(yè)”到“創(chuàng)業(yè)”、由謀生到追求幸福的指導(dǎo)和處理自我價值與社會價值的轉(zhuǎn)變。關(guān)鍵詞高等教育,大眾化,大學生,就業(yè)

簡介:廣西師范大學碩士學位論文廣西區(qū)域高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的適應(yīng)性研究姓名李東航申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)教育經(jīng)濟與管理指導(dǎo)教師賀祖斌2006040111引言引言11問題的提出在知識經(jīng)濟時代,高等教育與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)系更為密切,己從社會的邊緣走向社會的中心,成為經(jīng)濟、社會、科技發(fā)展的發(fā)動機和實現(xiàn)社會經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的首要條件。當前世界各主要國家和地區(qū)都采取各種措施,大力發(fā)展高等教育,我國政府也提出了“科教興國”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。為順應(yīng)這一時代發(fā)展潮流,廣西人民政府提出了“科教興桂,人才強桂”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,加大對高等教育的投入,使廣西高等教育事業(yè)得到了巨大發(fā)展。至2004年底,廣西共有高等學校56所,其中普通高等學校49所(本科院校15所、普通高等專科學校12所、高等職業(yè)學院22所),成人高等學校7所;另有獨立學院8個。與2001年相比,高等學校總數(shù)增加了15所,其中普通高等學校增加19所,成人高等學校減少了4所。12004年,各類高等教育在校生達5101萬人(其中,普通高等教育在校生281萬人,成人高等教育在校生2213萬人,研究生7827人),比2000年增加289萬人,增長13071;毛入學率達15,步入大眾化發(fā)展階段?!笆濉捌陂g,廣西高校共培養(yǎng)普通高校畢業(yè)生938590人,其中本科畢業(yè)生789052人,??飘厴I(yè)生為149538人。2可以肯定的是,廣西高等教育的發(fā)展在很大程度上滿足了廣西經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對高級專門人才和科學技術(shù)的需求,為廣西經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展做出了不可磨滅的貢獻。但毫無疑問的是,當前,廣西高等教育還存在很多不適應(yīng)廣西區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要的地方,如規(guī)模偏小,還不能充分滿足經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和人民群眾對高等教育的需求;專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、層次結(jié)構(gòu)和高校布局結(jié)構(gòu)失衡,導(dǎo)致部分行業(yè)人才奇缺和人才過剩并存等。這些不足導(dǎo)致廣西高等教育不能充分發(fā)揮其促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的功能。如果我們不及時采取有效措施,解決這些問題,那么廣西“科教興桂,人才強桂”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略將不能順利實施。因此,對廣西高等教育在適應(yīng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展要求的過程中,存在哪些問題,導(dǎo)致問題的原因是什么,應(yīng)該采取哪些解決措施等問題的研究,具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。12核心概念界定121區(qū)域從一般的意義講,區(qū)域是依據(jù)一定標準劃分的人類社會活動的一定地域空間。不同的區(qū)域分類有著不同的劃分標準如自然區(qū)域劃分以土地類型、氣候、植物等自然特征為標準,經(jīng)濟區(qū)域劃分以人類經(jīng)濟活動的空間分布規(guī)律為標準,行政區(qū)域劃分以行政權(quán)力覆蓋范圍為標準,社會文化區(qū)域劃分以純粹的文化因素如語言、宗教等為標準。不論按哪種方式劃分,區(qū)域都具有兩條共性一是區(qū)域內(nèi)某種事物的空間連續(xù)性,如行政區(qū)域在權(quán)力
